Stone Mirror explores the tension between brutal mineral landscapes and reflective metallic interiors, transforming architecture into an emotional material environment. The project imagines a monumental quarry-like installation where black mirror water, fractured stone, and liquid-metal surfaces coexist in controlled silence.
A winding metallic pathway cuts through still obsidian water, guiding visitors through a sequence of spatial fragments centered around reflection, restraint, and atmospheric depth. Rough volcanic formations are carved open to reveal reflective silver interiors, creating the sensation that the landscape itself is partially metallic beneath its surface.
Rather than functioning as a traditional exhibition space, the installation behaves as a cinematic environmental narrative. Material contrast, negative space, and controlled lighting are used to construct a quiet but monumental atmosphere suspended between geology and engineered precision.
The project investigates how spatial installation, jewelry language, and architectural material expression can merge into a singular experiential environment — balancing brutality and stillness through water, metal, void, and silence.
FRACTURERough mineral formations are carved open to reveal reflective metallic interiors beneath their surface.
The contrast between volcanic stone and liquid-like silver creates the core material language of the installation.
WATER EDGEStill obsidian water absorbs light, reflection, and movement without disturbance.
The environment remains brutal and fractured, while the surface holds a controlled sense of calm and emotional restraint.
