This project proposes a retail concept for Outlast, transforming temperature-regulating textile technology into a spatial experience.
The design rethinks retail as both a showroom and an immersive environment. A central circular installation anchors the space, creating a focal point that highlights the core narrative of comfort, performance, and sleep technology. Surrounding zones are organized into bedding, apparel, and accessories, following a clear linear circulation strategy within a compact footprint.
Material and lighting are used to express the brand’s technological identity. Soft white surfaces, metallic finishes, and integrated lighting systems create a clean, futuristic atmosphere, while contrasting day and night scenarios enhance the perception of temperature and mood.
The project demonstrates how retail environments can translate product performance into spatial storytelling, bridging brand identity, user experience, and commercial display.
